How can I choose the right size of poncho?
We prefer usually to rely on the dimensions in cm as the height can differ from a person to another. You should measure the dimension from the shoulders all the way down (usually should be to the knees)
NB: dimensions exclude the fringes
      What's the size of the beach towels and single size blankets?
      The beach towels and single size blankets are approximately 180 x 90cm. However, as all our items are handmade the size might sometimes differ slightly.
      What are the sizes of the Bornos?
      We have 2 sizes available: one size that fits all women and one size that fits all men.

      • All our ponchos & towels come in terry fabric inside like traditional towels to dry better and faster; and in 100% organic cotton out, which make them much lighter and more versatile

      How to personalize my item?
      1. If you wish to personalize your item(s) just switch on the "personalize" button before adding your order to the cart
      2. A "personalization" box will pop up
      3. Write your embroidery details inside that box (max 20 characters). Please make sure of the spelling, as we will embroider it exactly it is written. 
      4. By default, all our blankets will be embroidered on the bottom in the middle, all our towels will be embroidered on the top in the middle and all our ponchos & bornos on the back under the hood unless otherwise specified.
      5. We will be choosing the most convenient font and color of embroidery based on the item you chose. However, if you have special requirements, in term of "placement", "font" or "color of embroidery" please make sure to add them at checkout in the box "Add a note to your order". 
      How much does the personalization cost?
      All our products prices include handmade personalization which means you can embroider whatever you like at not extra cost. 

        We recommend you wash our fabrics in cold or medium heat water, on a gentle cycle, with similar colors. Don't use bleach or fabric softener. Fabric softener will make your towel less absorbent! One of the perks of our towels is how quick drying they are. That said, we recommend hang drying them to help preserve the towel. If you wish to machine dry your towel, do so on low to medium heat. Use a warm iron to smooth out any unwanted wrinkles.  

        Our items come inside a tulle bag with a rope and pearl, with our logo, and we put everything inside UPS packaging bag.

          LOCAL ORDERS & PAYMENTS (Lebanon)
          At that time, we are not accepting orders through the website for Lebanon. Online orders for Lebanon remain through WhatsApp and Instagram with payment upon delivery or pickup. The items are priced and fixed in USD, but you can pay in LBP at the daily market rate on the day you pay the order. Prices communicated through WhatsApp or Instagram exclude embroidery and delivery charge and are the rate of 17,500LBP compared to the website prices (the rate is subject to change based on the market fluctuations)
          ONLINE ORDERS & PAYMENTS (All countries except Lebanon)
          We are accepting online orders through the website for all countries mentioned in the Shipping page. We accept online payments in US Dollars only. If your card is in a different currency, please note that your payment will convert to USD automatically. Prices on the website include custom embroidery and shipping will be calculated and added at checkout.
